Calculator bugs that include the inputs you typed (gross + country + options) and the expected number from your country’s official calculator usually get fixed within the week.

Privacy & data requests

privacy@mytakehomepay.app— GDPR / UK GDPR access, erasure, rectification, restriction, portability, or objection requests, or anything covered by the privacy notice. Because the site holds no account data and the calculator runs in your browser, most requests resolve by clearing site data in your browser; for anything that touches Google Analytics or AdSense, mail this address and we’ll route the deletion via Google’s tooling.

Legal & copyright

legal@mytakehomepay.app— copyright notices, terms-of-use questions, takedown requests, or anything in the terms of use. Include enough detail for the claim to be actionable (URLs, the specific content, and a description of the alleged infringement).

Press & partnerships

press@mytakehomepay.app— interviews, embed/widget partnerships, newsletter cross-promotions, and data-journalism collaborations. The site can supply structured CSV exports of its bracket data for stories that need them.

What we can’t do

We can’t give individual tax advice. Even when the calculator output disagrees with your payslip, the right next step is almost always a quick check with the body that issues your tax code or your country’s tax authority — their numbers win every time. We’re happy to help you frame the question, but we won’t tell you what to do with the answer.

Response time

One person reads every inbox; replies usually land within two business days. Bug reports with a reproducer (URL + inputs) jump the queue.
